Half of FanDuel customers used responsible gambling dashboard during NFL season

FanDuel has revealed that half of its customers, around 3.5 million, used its responsible gaming dashboard during the 2024/2025 NFL season.

The dashboard, My Spend, supplies detailed insights into users’ spending, deposit, and wagering activity, encouraging bettors to use FanDuel’s existing suite of gaming tools, such as deposit and wager limits.

Jill Watkins, Senior Commercial Director of Responsible Gaming at FanDuel, said, “We want our customers to know what they are spending and to ensure they are within their comfort zone. Since the launch of My Spend, we’ve seen a meaningful rise in engagement with tools that give our customers the ability to create a personalized plan to manage their play. We’re encouraged by the progress and remain steadfast in our commitment to making responsible play a natural part of the FanDuel experience for all customers.”

My Spend was launched in December 2024, with FanDuel releasing an advertisement campaign across various forms of media during the NFL playoffs.

Consumer testing from the commercials revealed that three out of four customers agreed that digital gaming tools like My Spend made tracking and managing spend easier for players.
