Brought to you by Complete Media Group, which owns CDC Gaming and Inside Asian Gaming, we aim do things differently here at COMPLETE iGAMING.

First, we never copy content from other media outlets – sadly, a rampant practice in gaming industry media. We don’t even aggregate content. Every single story you read on COMPLETE iGAMING was written from scratch by a COMPLETE iGAMING writer, from an idea developed by COMPLETE iGAMING, from the original source. All original content!

Second, COMPLETE iGAMING and its parent company have a slogan and a philosophy of “Regional expertise, worldwide.” What does this mean? Read on …

COMPLETE iGAMING focuses on igaming in the Americas and the Asia-Pacific regions, not Europe (or Africa for that matter)! Why? Because that’s where our expertise lies. Our Americas team of around 25 people is based in eight different US states, Canada and South America – and somehow we ended up with a couple in the UK that we’ve been working with for nearly a decade now! We’ve been operating B2B gaming media in the Americas since 2002, so we know our stuff when it comes to North and Latin America.

Similarly, our Asia-Pacific team, also around 25 people, operates out of Manila, Macau, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. We’ve been operating B2B gaming media in APAC since 2005, so we know the landscape and we’re trusted partners of many Asian gaming industry suppliers and operators.

Does COMPLETE iGAMING cover Europe? Yes, of course we do, but only when it has an impact on or relevance to igaming in the Americas and APAC. And of course, Europe houses the head offices of many global igaming companies, so it often can have such an impact.

The third way we are different is our long and unblemished track record of honesty, trustworthiness and integrity. Let’s be honest, the igaming industry contains its fair share of fly-by-night operators, people who talk a big game but are light on delivery, and even companies that just disappear overnight! Here at COMPLETE iGAMING we’re in this for the long run, and reputation is everything. When we give you a business card, it actually has our surname and real phone number on it! Our DNA is from two B2B gaming media companies with solid track records of 20+ years each. To us, there is nothing more important than our integrity – doing the right thing when we know no one is watching.

Another way COMPLETE iGAMING stands out from the crowd is in its look and feel. We haven’t used yet another boring, cluttered I’ve-seen-this-before WordPress theme, but instead our own in-house IT gurus have custom-developed a unique COMPLETE iGAMING presentation style, complete with our cool teal background, a color rarely seen on the internet.

So far, COMPLETE iGAMING is in soft launch mode, with what we have determined to be a “minimum viable product”. So our format is very minimalistic, with little more than a chronological newsfeed, our article pages, and a newsletter issued at 8:30am US Eastern time each weekday. As the 2025 year rolls on, you’ll see us launching more features, such as analysis and opinion commentary in a yet-to-be-launched “insights” section, but we’ll keep the clean look and feel as we go. We’ll also hungrily seek feedback from our readers and incorporate the best of their suggestions.

Senior members of the COMPLETE iGAMING team, from both sides of the Pacific, get together in person five times a year – at ICE Barcelona in late January, SBC Americas in Miami in mid-May, IAG EXPO in Manila in early September, SBC in Lisbon in late September and G2E in Las Vegas in early October.
