Vetnos launches the first class II gaming app on Google Play Store

Class II sports gaming provider Vetnos has partnered with the Chicken Ranch Tribe of Me-Wuk Indians to launch its class II gaming apps on the Google Play Store.
According to Tribal Gaming & Hospitality, the app is now available to more than 133.4 million people in the US that use Android devices.
Vetnos Founder and Managing Partner, Joshua Berkowitz, said, “Vetnos is many things–innovative, fiercely driven, and deeply resilient. We are also in service to Indian Country, and thanks to Google, our journey is just beginning.”
Class II gaming includes bingo and non-banked card games. Tribes do not need to enter into any agreements at the state level to conduct Class II gaming under Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
Instead, tribal governments are responsible for regulating Class II gaming with oversight from the National Indian Gaming Commission .
However, until recently, these games were confined to only land-based tribal properties.
“The significance of this moment cannot be overstated,” said Lloyd Mathiesen, President of the Chicken Ranch Economic Development Corporation.
“Because Google now understands and recognizes Class II, tribes across the country have an exceptional new opportunity. Class II revenues remain with the tribe, and the community wins. We thank Google for working with us and recognizing tribal governmental gaming.”
