RubyPlay names Motti Gil new Chief Financial Officer

RubyPlay, a business-to-business gaming development studio, has named Motti Gil as Chief Financial Officer to help the company continue its international expansion.

Gil will focus on enhancing financial and business-related policies supporting RubyPlay’s commitment to international expansion. This follows RubyPlay’s recent entry into the U.S. market through Rush Street Interactive.

Gil’s move comes after the end of his tenure at NeoGames, which he left after over eight years in January. Gil was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of NeoGames in 2022 after its acquisition by Aristocrat, a global entertainment and gaming content creation company, which acquired NeoGames for US$1.2 billion in April 2024.
