Aristocrat’s NeoGames CFO leaves after more than eight years

iLottery and igaming provider Neogames, a company owned by Aristocrat Leisure, parted ways with its CFO after more than eight years. Motti Gil, the parting CFO at NeoGames, took over the role in August 2023 after NeoGames purchased igaming platform provider and operator Aspire Global. Previously, Gil has served as CFO of Aspire Global, joining the company in 2016.
In a LinkedIn post on December 31, Gil said, “Today marks my final day as Chief Financial Officer of NeoGames/Aristocrat Interactive. As I reflect on the past 8.5 years, I am filled with pride, gratitude, and appreciation. It has been an incredible journey, filled with opportunities, challenges, and diverse experiences that have enriched me both professionally and personally, allowing me to grow as a leader. I feel fortunate to have witnessed and contributed to our company’s impressive growth through both organic initiatives and strategic M&As.”
In 2024, NeoGames was acquired by Aristocrat Leisure in a US$1.2 billion deal and integrated into Aristocrat’s Interactive division.
