Play’n GO expands into Brazil’s regulated igaming market

Play’n GO, igaming software developer, has announced via a press release that it has launched its portfolio of games in Brazil’s newly regulated gaming market.
Players in Brazil can now access an initial suite of more than 50 premium titles, including Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead and Rainforest Magic Bingo. Play’n GO also has plans to introduce additional games in the near future as the market grows.
Globally, the company offers nearly 400 titles and operates in over 35 regulated jurisdictions, according to the company. One of its primary focuses is providing content that is geared toward specific markets. For example, Play’n GO has seen plenty of success in bringing games like Reactoonz and Moon Princess to the US.
“The industry has been waiting for more than a decade for Brazil to open a regulated market and it’s fantastic to see what was once just a pipe dream now become reality,” said Play’n GO Chief Commercial Officer Magnus Olsson.
Brazil launched its igaming and sports betting markets on January 1. At launch, the government approved 66 gaming licenses, including 14 definitive and 52 provisional licenses.
