Pikkit reveals record engagement during Super Bowl LIX

Bet tracking app Pikkit has revealed it clocked 1.8 million ‘picks’ and US$64 million in wagers across this year’s Super Bowl.
Pikkit is a bet-tracking app that allows sports bettors to sync their sportsbook accounts, track performance, gamble responsibly, and analyze trends.
The North American app experienced growth in both user engagement, which rose from 1.5 million, and handle, which increased from US$46 million, compared to last year’s game.
Out of the US$64 million generated in player bets, 54% was wagered on Pikkit’s range of player props available to users.
In addition, 42% of bets were placed on parlays, 26% of bets placed by users had some kind of promotion associated with them such as an odds boost, free bets, or line shifts, and 8% were placed on traditional money lines.
Pikkit broke down its player prop data even further, revealing that around one million of its users placed a bet on player props, showing a shift from traditional wagering options to more engaging ones.
Specific prop bets included ‘Saquon Barkley to score a touchdown,’ which registered 86,000 picks, while ‘Jalen Hurts’ anytime touchdown’ generated 70,000 picks.
Cole Magoon, Head of Growth at Pikkit, said, “Super Bowl LIX set a new high on Pikkit with over 1.8 million picks and over $64 million in handle tracked. This year, our users favored dynamic wagers –especially on player props and parlays. The growth in props, parlays, and novelty bets underscores the critical need for bettors to track their wagers. We are proud of our work at Pikkit to help everyone stay on top of their betting, whether they win or lose.”
