Lottery.com and Sports.com announce Indy 500 sponsorship

Online lottery group Lottery.com and its sports betting brand Sports.com have announced that they will sponsor two drivers in the upcoming Indianapolis 500 auto race.
Lottery.com will sponsor Prema Racing driver Callum Ilott in the No. 90 car, while Sports.com will sponsor the No. 45 car, driven by Louis Foster for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing.
Both drivers are from Britain and will start the race from the seventh row.
Lottery.com bought Sports.com in 2021,and the company has since been restructuring. According to Matthew McGahan, Chairman and CEO of Lottery.com and Sports.com, the sponsorship represents a brand relaunch.
“This dual-driver partnership at this year’s Indy 500 symbolizes the power of high-impact branding, strategic timing, and visionary alignment,” McGahan said in a news release. “We’re proud to showcase our brands at such an iconic race and excited to deliver long-term shareholder value through such brand awareness initiatives.”
Ilott is an Indy 500 veteran and a former Le Mans podium finisher. In addition to the Indy 500 deal, he has committed to a 12-race sponsorship agreement with Lottery.com that will run through the rest of the IndyCar season.
Foster is regarded as one of the sport’s most promising talents. He will be racing in his first Indy 500. His sponsorship deal is for one race, but according to Lottery.com, there are ongoing discussions over an expanded partnership.
