Kambi Group and Stake sign sports betting partnership in Brazil

Kambi Group, a sports betting solution provider, has signed a strategic partnership with crypto-based gaming operator Stake to offer its turnkey sportsbook solution in Brazil.
The deal marks a strategic milestone for the two companies upon entry to Brazil’s regulated sports betting market, which officially launched on January 1.
The new partnership is already underway, with Kambi’s platform powering Stake’s real-money sportsbook licensed by the Brazilian regulator.
While the deal focuses on the Brazilian market, it also gives Stake access to Kambi’s state-of-the-art sportsbook platform for potential expansion into other regulated markets.
Kambi Group’s CEO Werner Becher said, “Kambi has a proud history of driving growth for operators in regulated markets around the world and we look forward to doing similar for Stake. Kambi’s advanced and compliant technology enables operators to offer a leading sportsbook product, even within highly complex frameworks, so I’m excited to see what Kambi and Stake can achieve together in Brazil and other regulated markets.”
For Kambi, the deal extends its recent momentum in the region. It follows an agreement last October to supply its Odds Feed+ product to local daily fantasy sports operator Rei do Pitaco.
Stake, part of the Easygo Group, was granted its casino and sportsbook license in Brazil the day before the market opened. Announcing its entry to the country, the operator also revealed it had appointed Thomas Carvalhaes as the company’s Country Manager in Brazil.
In another deal signed earlier this month, Stake introduced gaming software developer TG Lab to the Brazilian market.
Stake’s Chief Strategy Officer Brais Pena Sanchez said, “Launching in the newly regulated market of Brazil is a major milestone for us and we are excited to have partnered with Kambi to leverage their Sportsbook solution to support our global regulated market expansion. Our experience in the region, paired with Kambi’s cutting-edge technology, will allow us to elevate our offering and provide our customers with exciting experiences in Brazil and beyond.”
