Eight operators receive Brazil licenses

Eight gambling operators have been approved by the Brazilian Secretariat of Prizes and Bets to launch igaming sites in Brazil.
These operators have earned licenses for 18 online gaming brands.
The brands awarded a full license include F12 Entertainment, EB Intermediacoes e Jogos, Hiper Bet Tecnologia, Ana Gaming Brasil S.A., Upbet Brasil LTDA, Logame do Brasil LTDA, Seven X Gaming, and Betbet Solucoes Tecnologicas S.A.
Most brands already had provisional licenses to operate in Brazil, but now can operate under a full license which lasts until 31 December 2029.
The only exception is Hiper Bet, which didn’t operate under a provisional license. Its full license will run until 18 February 2030.
F12 Entertainment was one of the first operators to apply for a license in Brazil, submitting its application in August 2024. It operates F12.bet, Luva.bet, and Brasilbet.
Other notable brands to receive full licensing including EB Intermediacoes e Jogos, which operates igaming platform Estrelabet, the official sponsor of the Brazilian futsal national team.
Brazil’s legal betting market officially launched on 1 January 2025. Since then, the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets has authorized three batches of full betting licenses, bringing the new total of fully licensed brands to 191.
Along with igaming platforms, several online game providers have received licenses to operate in Brazil, including BGaming and Zitro Digital.
