Bragg Gaming expands online casino partnership with Caesars

Being able to develop its own proprietary online casino games is a big reason for expanding its partnership with Toronto-based Bragg Gaming, Caesars Entertainment announced today.
“Bragg’s technological expertise has consistently exceeded our expectations throughout our partnership,” said Matt Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital. “This expansion marks an important step in our strategic growth plan to develop our own proprietary digital slots and table games content and to offer something truly exclusive for our players.”
The new partnership includes exclusive game development collaboration and a lease of Bragg’s Remote Gaming Server technology that will allow Caesars to create its own proprietary online casino games for both the regulated Canadian and United States markets.
The agreement also includes options to license the Bragg HUB product delivery and casino game aggregation platform, as well as Bragg’s Fuze player engagement platform, which offers features like bonuses, jackpots, free rounds and AI-powered game recommendation engines.
Up until now Bragg had been only a content supplier for Caesars – including two successful exclusive titles “Lady Luck Casino Egyptian Magic” and “Boardwalk Slots Bankers & Cash”. The company regularly supplies new online slots and casino games to Caesars’ digital platforms in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ontario, where online casino dominates the market.
“We’re excited about the potential that this moment provides us, and we have our sights set on building exclusive online casino games through our newly formed in-house game studios team that will set us apart in the industry,” Sunderland added.
Bragg, a global B2B igaming content and technology provider, said in December they expect double digit growth in 2025.
“We remain committed to creating shareholder value and liquidity opportunities over the next year through strategic transactions, or other value-enhancing initiatives,” Bragg Chief Executive Officer Matevž Mazij said then.
The Caesars deal is tied into that – the company said in a statement today this expanded partnership with Caesars will help drive double-digital growth in Bragg’s revenue and profitability in 2025.
