The Arizona Department of Gaming has issued cease-and-desist orders against four unlicensed online gambling operators offering services to state residents.

The operators, including Fliff Online Gambling, Thrillzz Mobile Gambling, BettySweeps Casino, and Pulsz Casino, were accused of providing access to sportsbook betting and sweepstakes casino-style platforms without authorization.

Arizona officials said the businesses posed consumer protection risks and undermined the state’s regulated industry.

The Arizona Department of Gaming stated that the companies’ active operations may constitute felony criminal enterprises under state law. The violations include promotion of gambling, illegal control of an enterprise, and money laundering.

Each operator was ordered to immediately block Arizona residents and visitors from using their sites.

The department emphasized that unlicensed gaming exposes players to fraud, identity theft, and financial loss, and that victims of illegal platforms often have no legal choice.

The regulator also told the public to verify the legality of platforms before placing bets, reminding residents that availability on an app store or website does not mean the operator is legal.

The department added that it will continue to monitor, investigate, and take action against unregulated operators, in coordination with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office when necessary.

The cease-and-desists follow an April warning issued by the Arizona Department of Gaming, in which the regulator released a consumer protection alert over illegal casino operations in the state.
