Online gaming studio Aristocrat Interactive has been awarded an ilottery license from the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission.

Aristocrat is now contracted to provide its ilottery portfolio to the state for the next five years, starting on July 1, 2026, with an option to extend for three years once the contract is up.

Aristocrat Interactive Chief Executive Moti Malul said, “We’re excited to be partnering with the MSLC who are widely recognized as a global leader in lotteries. We look forward to helping the MSLC deliver on its objective to expand player engagement through innovative and responsible online play, and further enhance their ability to contribute to and support local communities. Our commitment to ilottery together with our diverse and proven platform solutions and top-performing content portfolio, trusted people and seamless integration, is what sets us apart.”

The move is also part of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission’s plan to modernize its services by providing customers with a digital platform to engage with its product.

Massachusetts State Lottery Commission Executive Director Mark William Bracken added, “After a comprehensive and competitive process, Aristocrat Interactive demonstrated the best value for the Commonwealth. Partnering with Aristocrat Interactive provides us with a proven, successful platform that will allow the Lottery to fulfill its mission of maximizing funding for early childhood education and care that will benefit families throughout the Commonwealth.”

The victory for Aristocat follows similar agreements with New Hampshire, which began July of this year, and with the Michigan lottery, which will also begin in July 2026.
