The agenda includes compliance across Asia’s fragmented jurisdictions, India’s regulatory prospects, and whether the wider Asia-Pacific could rise as the next growth hub.

SBC founder and Chief Executive Rasmus Sojmark said, “If you’re building a global gaming business, you can’t afford to ignore Asia. This track makes it clear why the region belongs at the center of every long-term growth strategy.”

Panels will include regulators, operators, suppliers, and investors, reflecting the event’s goal of creating a platform for open dialogue.

The opening session, Asia: Navigating Regulation, Opportunity, and Uncertainty, will bring together Rory Anderson (12BET), Paul Fox (Claymore Solutions), Lau Kok Keng (Rajah & Tan Singapore), Yuta Romanchenko (Big Idea), and moderator Rosalind Wade (WinnaMedia).

The discussion will contrast India’s emerging betting alternatives with Macau’s land-based model.

Other panels include India’s Regulatory Roadmap: The Next Decade for Gaming and Philippines: Life After POGOs. Both talks will consist of members from their respective industries.

While the India session will focus on the country’s gambling framework and the divide between skill games and games of chance, the Philippines session will examine the country’s ban on POGOs as it shifts to regulate PIGOs instead.

Before the Summit, Lisbon will host the Legends Charity Game, a soccer match intended to raise over €1 million (US$1.16 million)1 EUR = 1.1647 USD
