“We’re grateful to the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission and the Maine Gambling Control Unit for their partnership and support throughout the licensure process,” Adam Packer, Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance at PrizePicks, said in a news release. “We’ve seen tremendous engagement with Arena across the country, and we’re confident that momentum will carry into these new jurisdictions.”

PrizePicks highlighted that its Responsible Gaming initiatives continue to be crucial to its growth strategy. In 2025, the company earned iCAP accreditation from the National Council on Problem Gambling and became the first fantasy sports operator to achieve this certification.

PrizePick’s launch in Puerto Rico and Maine follows its recent announcement that the sports Agency Klutch Sports will serve as the group’s brand ambassador. Through the partnership, PrizePicks aims to increase its fan engagement with help from Klutch.
