Lottery.com has confirmed the plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against it in Texas has dropped the case.

The lawsuit was initially filed against Lottery.com operations in Texas, alleging wrongdoing associated with the April 2023 Lotto Texas draw.

The plaintiff, Dawn Nettles, has now dropped the suit, which had moved from the 333rd District Court in Harris County to Business Court Division 11a. It has been dismissed under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 162.

In a statement, Lottery.com’s Chief Operating Officer, Gregory Potts, said that the dismissal of the suit indicated that Lottery.com had not committed any wrongdoing.

He also underlined that the company cooperated with all of the associated investigations and that, to the best of his knowledge, none had found any evidence of misconduct.
