It also refers to an offshore gaming license.

PAGCOR has clarified that the license is fraudulent, as all offshore gaming has been banned in the Philippines since December 31, 2024.

Speaking about the contracts, the head of the Offshore Gaming and Licensing Department at the PAGCOR, Atty. Jessa Fernandez, said that although Lucky 7 Bingo Corporation is a legitimate e-games venue operator, it does not hold a valid offshore license.

Fernadez said, “The license presented in said agreements is fake, and any engagement based on it is fraudulent. We strongly advise the public to exercise due diligence when engaging with entities claiming to be PAGCOR-accredited.”

She also urged to public to always verify that a site was licensed correctly before making any form of payment through it.
