Pennsylvania igaming revenue rises 31.3% year-on-year in April

Pennsylvania’s latest igaming revenue figures for April show a dramatic 31.3% rise, with revenue increasing from US$173.4 million to US$227.7 million year-on-year.
The figures were published by the state’s regulator, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, which regulates the state’s 12 online casinos. Total igaming revenue comprises of islots, itables, and ipoker.
Islots generated US$169.4 million, a rise of 34.5% year-on-year, while itables reported US$55.8 million, representing a 24.2% increase from April 2024. However, ipoker showed a 2.8% decline to US$2.3 million this year.
Only three casinos reported year-on-year revenue declines in April: Wind Creek Bethlehem (-26.3%), Bally’s Pennsylvania (-22.4%), and Mount Airy Casino Resort (-12.5%).
In contrast, Golden Nugget Casino had the most significant revenue increase in April, with its revenue rising from US$3.5 million to US$7.6 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 116.4%.
Comparatively, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course had the highest revenue last month, producing US$83.1 million. This figure was up 33.5% from April 2024, which reported US$62.3 million in revenue.
