NEWS DROP: Expert mode activated — Tonet Quiogue joins CiG as first “Expert Contributor”
Manila, 6 March 2026 – Complete iGaming (CiG) has officially gone live on its new Expert Contributor Program, with Arden Consult’s Marie Antonette “Tonet” B. Quiogue stepping in as CiG’s first such Expert Contributor.
The Expert Contributor Program connects CiG directly with a tightly held circle of online gaming industry specialists. These are intentionally rare appointments — typically one expert per field and geography — designed around genuine authority, deep jurisdictional fluency, and professionals who operate at the sharp end of the industry.
Because when regulatory conversations get serious, commentary needs to come from people who actually live the experience. The program strengthens CiG’s ability to deliver clear, experience-driven insight on the regulatory, operational and real-world developments actively reshaping online gaming markets.
Under the Expert Contributor Agreement, Tonet will deliver fast-moving written, audio, and video analysis on legal and regulatory developments across Asia-Pacific, with particular focus on the Philippines and online gaming. Her contributions will center on the areas that move the needle for operators, suppliers, and investors — regulatory interpretation, compliance strategy, and navigating evolving policy environments.

Content produced by Tonet will be offered first to CiG and sister brand Inside Asian Gaming (IAG), either exclusively or ahead of wider release. CiG will, in turn, give Tonet priority consideration for expert legal commentary and analysis relating to Philippine gaming.
Tonet will also receive priority consideration for participation relating to her field in relevant CiG and IAG events, including the IAG Academy Summit and IAG EXPO — natural extensions of the regulatory and market conversations she helps shape.
Tonet is the founder of Arden Consult and is widely recognized as one of the leading authorities on Philippine gaming law. She advises multinational operators, suppliers, and investors across both land-based and online gaming, providing strategic counsel on structuring, licensing, regulatory positioning, and compliance within the Philippines’ unique legal landscape.
Her experience spans structuring compliant joint ventures and investments, securing PAGCOR licences and accreditations, and resolving regulatory matters involving government agencies at both local and national levels. She has also played a prominent role in advancing the recognition of Special Class Business Processing Outsourcing operators (SCBPOs), representing many of the country’s largest participants.
Tonet’s client base covers the full gaming ecosystem: casinos, manufacturers, online gaming operators, sports betting and lottery operators, technology suppliers, and payment and systems processors. She is well-versed in the compliance frameworks of heavily regulated jurisdictions, including Nevada, Malta, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
