Mkodo names Ben Scobie-Trumper as Head of Sales

London-based igaming geolocation and mobile gaming technology provider Mkodo has appointed Ben Scobie-Trumper as head of sales.

Scobie-Trumper brings experience in sales management and business development. He was most recently at Soft2bet as Senior Sales Manager, and before that was Senior Sales Lead Data and AI at Future Anthem.

Mkodo’s mobile apps, websites, user interfaces and geolocation technology target the lottery and gaming industry worldwide.

The GeoLocs geolocation verification service from Mkodo specializes in North America’s regulated sport betting and igaming markets. In a statement, Mkodo said that their platform was built to help igaming operators ensure they are offering their services in licensed jurisdictions, ensuring they are providing responsible gaming to customers.

In Canada, Mkodo currently has lottery operators Ontario Lottery and Gaming Association, British Columbia Lottery Corporation, Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis, as well as White Hat Gaming, Casino Time and Betty as clients.

Mkodo is also a member of the Canadian Gaming Association.
