Light & Wonder opens office in Philippines
Light & Wonder has extended its influence in the Philippines by opening an office and showroom in Clark Freeport Zone.
Light & Wonder’s portfolio of gaming content is prominently featured across gaming channels in the Philippines, both online and in land-based venues.
The opening event was attended by Light & Wonder’s Chief Executive Officer of Gaming Siobhan Lane, Chief Executive Officer of iGaming Simon Johnson, Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Glenn Huybrecht, and Vice President of Strategic Development of Asia Ken Jolly.
Officials from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), including its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Alejandro Tengco, also attended the event.
Speaking to Inside Asian Gaming, Lane said, “We have great tables product, systems products, online gaming is very much a relevant topic here and has been part of many of the discussions as we develop in the Philippines, so Light & Wonder really has the product suite across our entire portfolio to enable the success of customers across the region. We’re excited for the growth potential and we’re investing heavily in supporting that.”
In addition to expanding its Asian influence, Light & Wonder launched in Brazil’s regulated market on January 14.
