Light & Wonder appoints Nathan Drane as Chief Product Officer
Gambling services provider Light & Wonder has promoted Nathan Drane to the role of Chief Product Officer across the business.
Drane, who has more than 12 years of experience in the gaming industry, has been with the company since the beginning of 2021 and served as Chief Product Officer of Light & Wonder’s gaming business for the last year.
This expanded role as product lead across the entire company will bring all game creation under one department led by Drane.

He has already been working with many across the business on our cross-platform strategy and has a clear and aggressive content roadmap that will ensure our continued success, positioning us for growth in the near and long term.”
Drane’s new role as Chief Product Officer involves overseeing all of Light & Wonder’s game creation under one department.

It provides us an opportunity to make data-driven development and roadmap decisions, gives us new opportunities to grow talent, and drives efficiencies throughout the game-creation process.”
In recent news, Light & Wonder partnered with Penn Entertainment on January 16, launching its product portfolio for Michigan players on Penn’s online platform Hollywood Casino.
