Jackpot.com partners with Birches Health

Online lottery courier Jackpot.com has partnered with responsible gambling support organization Birches Health to boost its responsible gambling tools.

The move comes ahead of Problem Gambling Awareness Month in March, where Jackpot.com and Birches Health will run joint marketing campaigns to promote responsible gambling. The companies will run similar marketing during Responsible Gaming Education Month in September.

Jackpot.com employees will receive training sessions from Birch Health clinical experts, with these experts also providing advice and insights into Jackpot.com’s responsible gambling policies and reviewing training material for employees.

Jackpot.com already has an Internet Compliance Assessment Program certification from the National Council on Problem Gambling.

Jackpot.com allows players in the US to buy lottery tickets online, with the company purchasing the physical tickets and sending any winnings to customers.

The service launched in Arizona at the beginning of 2025, adding to the seven states where it was already live, including Texas and New York.
