Indiana online sports betting handle up more than 11% YoY in March

Indiana has reported US$539.9 million in online sports betting handle for March 2025, an increase of 11.2% on the US$485.4 million generated in March 2024.

It was also an increase of 27.4% compared to February 2025.

DraftKings was the most significant contributor of sports betting handle in March 2025, overseeing a handle of US$195,690,879, which was a 6.1% increase year-on-year. Despite the higher handle, gross receipts fell slightly year-on-year from US$13.6 million to US$13.3 million.

FanDuel was the closest competitor at US$165.9 million. The two biggest sportsbooks combined to generate almost 67% of the total state-wide. Similar to DraftKings, while the handle was a 8.3% rise year-on-year, gross receipts at FanDuel fell by 9.5%.

The next highest handle came from Fanatics at US$37.7 million while BetMGM was just behind at US$37.6 million. Fanatics more than doubled its sports betting handle year-on-year, jumping up from US$12,458,914 in March 2024.

Meanwhile, the sports betting handle at BetMGM declined by 11%. Both sportsbooks increased gross receipts year-on-year.
