Flows and Golden Whale extend partnership
Automation and integration platform provider Flows has extended its partnership with AI insights company Golden Whale, having first joined forces in 2023.
Golden Whale’s technology learns from player data and Flows’ technology triggers actions automatically. The combined systems can provide personalized offers, incentives, and other rewards instantly.
Flows and Golden Whale’s combined products offer operators early player lifetime value predictions, AI-driven retention tools, instant personalized recommendations, and churn prevention.
Dan de Souza, Vice-President of Commercial at Flows, said, “From the moment Flows first started working with Golden Whale, we knew we could create something that would truly impact the igaming industry. Over the past two years, that belief has been proven through real success stories with our partners.”
The no-code automation platform offered by Flows powered the launch of Light & Wonder’s player engagement product line in Michigan. This includes the Wonder Drops system, which operators can use to offer progressive or static cash prizes to any Light & Wonder games.
Following this launch in January 2025, Light & Wonder made a strategic investment in Flows in February.
