Meanwhile, the company’s adjusted EBITDA reached 68.1%, dropping nearly two percentage points year-on-year.

Regarding the latest fourth quarter results, Evolution Chief Executive Officer, Martin Carlesund, said, “We saw strong momentum in the final quarter of the year in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Development in Asia is flat versus the previous quarter as we continue to face challenges from cyber-attacks towards our video distribution in the region. I am also grateful for the hard work and the ways in which our Evolution team has taken on and resolved the many challenges during the past year.”

Carlesund also expects big things for the company in 2025, adding, “With great determination, hard work, and professionalism, our employees have brought Evolution to an excellent position for future growth.

At the beginning of the new year, Evolution Group announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Jacob Kaplan, was stepping down on February 18 after serving nine years in the position.
