DraftKings launches Golden Nugget online casino in Ontario

DraftKings has launched its Golden Nugget Online Gaming brand in Ontario, after it was granted a license by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission.

DraftKings acquired Golden Nugget Online Gaming in 2022 in a US$1.56 billion deal, and powers the mobile site with its technology platform.

The online casino features over 2,000 slot titles, including Huff N’ More Puff, Cleopatra, and Hypernova Megaways, as well as table games such as blackjack, roulette, and craps.  

The release marks the fifth jurisdiction in which the Golden Nugget Casino Gaming app is now available, following its releases in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Earlier this year, Golden Nugget Casinos – owned by Fertitta Entertainment – in Nevada partnered with sports betting supplier IGT to power its online and retail sportsbooks.
