Caesars Entertainment has launched a custom-made live dealer studio in its Tropicana Atlantic City resort in New Jersey.

The studio is the company’s second live casino gaming facility, but the first to be based at one of its casinos.

Players can play live dealer casino games on their mobile devices via the Horseshoe, Caesars Palace and Caesars Sportsbook and Casino online sites and experience an online representation of gameplay at the famous Vegas Strip venue, Caesars Palace.

The studio includes five blackjack tables, baccarat and roulette. The tables are branded with imagery taken from famous Caesars destinations, and for the first time outside a physical venue, VIP high-limit blackjack will be available.

“The opening of this branded studio at one of our Caesars Rewards destinations introduces the newest addition to our ever-expanding online gaming platforms,” Matt Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital said in a statement. “We’re always striving to marry the world-class experiences our players enjoy at our destinations with the online casino play they love.”

Live casino gaming is produced in dedicated studios, with real dealers streamed directly to players’ mobile devices. This allows for real-time interaction between players and dealers.

Slot developer Evolution Gaming provides the software behind the product, and Evolution North America CEO Jacob Claesson said the studio would be a big boost to the area.

“Once fully operational, it will generate approximately 200 job opportunities in Atlantic City. We’re very proud to see a concrete example of how igaming helps to create jobs and develop the work force in our local communities,” Claesson said.
