Bragg Gaming generates record US$28.8 million in fourth-quarter revenue
Gambling technology and igaming content provider Bragg Gaming reported a record fourth-quarter revenue of US$28.8 million, up 16.3% from the 2023 fourth-quarter, while the company collected US$108.1 million across all of 2024.
Fourth-quarter gross profit grew by 30.9% year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA rose by 68.1%. For the full year, gross profit increased by 8.2% while adjusted EBITDA rose by 3.6%.
While Bragg Gaming provides technology globally, the operator highlighted North America and Brazil as growth areas. While the Brazilian market launched on January 1, Bragg Gaming estimates it contributed 10% of revenue by year-end. North American revenues added 15% to the total by year-end.
Bragg Gaming, with partners KTO, Betano and Superbet, announced its launch in Brazil on 7 January. Operating from its São Paulo office, the company allows operators to offer online casino games like Egyptian Magic from Atomic Slot Lab.
Also in January, Bragg Gaming expanded its partnership with Caesars Entertainment in North America, supplying its platform technology as well as igaming content.
“Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA grew sequentially for four straight quarters, culminating in record 4Q 2024 revenue of EUR 27.2 million, up 16.3% year-over-year, and Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 4.7 million rising by 68.1%,” Bragg Gaming CEO Matevž Mazij said in a statement. “Our investments in proprietary content and AI-enhanced platform capabilities are driving both revenue growth and improved profitability. As we execute our strategic plan in key markets like Brazil and the US, we’re leveraging our scalable platform and margin-accretive products to accelerate financial performance. The executive team we’ve assembled has already demonstrated their value through deals like our Caesars partnership, positioning Bragg for sustained revenue expansion and profit growth in 2025.”
