BetMGM partners with Enteractive

Online casino and sports betting operator BetMGM has partnered with Enteractive, a player conversion and reactivation service provider.
“Enteractive’s expertise in one-on-one player engagement is a game-changer for us,” Claus Hansen, Senior Director of Customer Relationship Management at BetMGM, said in a news release. “Their unique approach allows us to re-engage specific audience segments that may not respond to traditional CRM methods, ultimately driving higher retention and increasing player lifetime value.”
Enteractive will improve BetMGM’s customer relationship management strategies, allowing it to target reactivation campaigns within its US markets to bring back users who have signed up without making deposits.
This allows BetMGM to re-engage with inactive accounts more effectively.
