Aristocrat Interactive Chief Executive Moti Malul has stepped down and will depart his role at the supplier in March 2026.

Light & Wonder former Igaming Chief Executive Dylan Slaney has been appointed to succeed him and, subject to regulatory approvals, will join Aristocrat on 3 November, reporting to Aristocrat Chief Executive and Managing Director Trevor Croker.

Malul joined the business via its acquisition of Neo Games in April 2024, after almost 17 years there as Vice President of Sales and Business Development and as Chief Executive from 2018.

Malul reflected on the combination of the two businesses in an interview with COMPLETE iGAMING at ICE earlier this year.

Slaney has been at Light & Wonder for eight years, as Senior Vice President of Igaming between 2018 and 2021, and Chief Executive since then. Prior to that he held senior roles at NYX Gaming and Dunnhumby.
